Our Process

INTRODUCTION

If interested in our facility, please do not hesitate to contact our facility to answer any questions. If a tour is requested, you will be able to come and see what Serenity provides as a place to call home.

Client preappraisal

Now that you’ve showed an interest in Serenity and want to continue the process, you will be given an intake form which will include information in regards to your needs, contact information, medication and much more. With this information we will be able to create your care plan.

Facility orientation

We will schedule an official orientation where you will be able to look at the available rooms, meet our staff, meet the residents and go over the necessary documents to have you transition into Serenity smoothly.

Final transition

While moving into Serenity, you will be able to customize your space and make it feel your own. Our team will assist in making you feel right at home.
